In April, 1980, Ron Kussmaul heard God speak to him in an audible voice. God gave him the following instructions; “Sell what you have, move to South Africa and quicken the body of Christ from the equator to Table Mountain’.

Ron and Mariette Kussmaul are reaching into the Body of Christ with signs, wonders and miracles wrought by the Lord Jesus Christ. The fire of God is about to move through the Church to cleanse and prepare the Body of Christ in Holiness for the power of God to fall fresh upon his people in signs and wonders as the Lord Jesus told his disciples in the great Commission.

Why would God do this refining by heavens fire? God is preparing to go through the fields of the earth which are white for harvesting souls yet another time; and is preparing labourers for the work.

We firmly believe the youth of the next 2 generations will require special attention in the area of the Holy Spirit and his gifts, and the power of healing through the practical application of faith in the mighty name of the Lord Jesus Christ. I remind you of the generation of the Lords people having been brought out of bondage from Egypt seeing all the signs and wonders done by God yet refused to enter into the land of promise because of unbelief. The Lord called it (an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the Lord) in Hebrews 3:12. Only Joshua and Caleb were allowed to go on into the land of promise but they were delayed 40 years until the remnant of their generation died off. These two had a different spirit, what was it? The spirit of faith and they took the next generation into the land of promise.

The Church entered the (last days) on the day of Pentecost and II Timothy chapter 3 says in the last days perilous times shall come and they have. This chapter outlines everything we see in society today, but I want to highlight two scriptures regarding the modern day Church.

II Timothy 3: 5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof from such turn away.

Where are the signs and wonders and miracles?

II Timothy 3:7 Ever learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

The truth of the Bible is discerned by the Spirit, and knowledge is intellectual or mental, which is natural. I believe intellectual knowledge of the Bible is being received by many of the Lords flock and not spiritual truth by a display of Gods power through signs and wonders in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

It is vital that the power of God is displayed openly in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ with signs and wonders and the mighty working of the Holy Spirit. Stories about Jesus and what he did in days past will not capture the next two generations attention. Visible manifestations of the risen Lord Jesus in signs and wonders in miracles, healings, deliverance and power over all the power of the devil will capture their hearts and minds.

Statement of Faith:

• We believe in one God-Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Creator of all things.
• We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, was crucified, died, was buried, was resurrected, ascended into Heaven and is now seated at the right of God the Father and is true God and true man.
• We believe in the Bible in its entirety to be the inspired Word of God and the infallible rule of faith and conduct.
• We believe in personal salvation of believers through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.
• We believe in sanctification through the Word of God and by the Holy Spirit, and we believe in personal holiness, purity of heart and life.
• We believe in divined healing, through faith in the name of Jesus Christ, and that healing is included in redemption.
• We believe in water baptism, the baptism of the Holy Spirit as distinct from the New Birth, in speaking with tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance (Acts 2:4), in the gifts of the Spirit, and the evidence of the fruit of the Spirit.
• We believe in the Christian’s hope of the personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
